Possibly the muddiest event on the schedule; hand launch from Hudeman Slough Regional Park. It’s free, the ramp is narrow, muddy and shallow but fine for small boats. Total distance will be 6 miles, the vast majority of which should be easy rowing. Bring lunch, also recommend a canoe or kayak paddle for possible adventuring off the main channels.
